Cup Volume

Cups, (a kind of vessel specially used to hold water) have been used for drinking or drinking tea since ancient times. They are generally small in size. Or cups for drinking tea in ancient times were called bowls. Most basic models are straight or open, and the diameter of the mouth is almost equal to the height of the cup. There are flat bottoms, circle feet or high feet. Archaeological data indicate that the earliest cups began to be seen in the Neolithic Age. Whether it is in Yangshao culture, Longshan culture or Hemudu cultural sites, there are ceramic cups.

During this period, the cup type is the most peculiar and diverse: the eared ones have single-eared or double-eared cups, and the feet are mostly tapered. Three-legged cups, goblet-shaped cups, high-handle cups, etc., can be divided into glass cups, plastic cups, ceramic cups, wooden cups, etc. according to the production materials.
